To assist in the rebuilding of stocks in the Caspian Sea, Bemka Corporation supports US Fish and Wildlife in stopping imports of Beluga caviar into the United States. Any Beluga currently for sale in this country was harvested in the fall of 2005 (or earlier) or has arrived in the United States via poachers and the black market. Fresh Beluga caviar is not currently available.

Beluga caviar has large sized pearls; a light gray to brown gray color with a delicate buttery flavor that is has been enjoyed for centuries. Our best seller, Beluga Caviar has the most prized berries of the sea due to its delicate flavor and cherished aroma. Imported directly from the Black Sea our Beluga Caviar is inspected by the FDA, Fish & Wildlife and meets the HACCP standards.
