With large dark brown to light brown pearls and a nutty flavor this is sure to please.

Caviar de Venise is produced in Calvisano, Italy where avant-garde systems control hygiene measures and the observance of quality standards.

Unlike wild caviar, which can only be extracted twice a year and therefore must be preserved by using heavy salting, Caviar de Venise is extracted practically throughout the year and only requires about 3% salting like a true Malossol.
